BIO
the basics
Hello friends! My name's Maggie and I'm a multi-passionate artist with an empathetic heart, innovative mind, and skillful creative hand.
I graduated from the University of Wisconsin with degrees in Fine Art & Design and International Studies. My years since graduation have been spent primarily in the non-profit sector serving as program coordinator, lead designer, 'intrepreneur', community recruiter, press & media organizer, copywriter, marketing head, and many more assorted "hats". Throughout my professional life, I have provided creative services to aid youth and young professionals as they transform their deepest passions into lifelong careers.
As a freelancing creative I have helped entrepreneurs, community developers, CEOs, and aspiring creative talents explore ways to cultivate their brands to reach the fullest impact potential. My work in the community includes managing data systems, consultation, event planning & execution, public speaking, and photography. I've been able to garner diverse perspectives and wisdom from community leaders and offer helpful guidance to youth in creative fields. I continue fostering a life of advocacy for intersectional collaboration, equity, and an appreciation for people of all cultures and backgrounds.
Let's move forward together.
